Fundamentals (Beginners Pole)
Start your pole journey!
You will learn the fundamental pole moves and pole safety that will have you loving pole dancing! Spins, leg hooks, carousels, and body rolls that are combined into a fun and cute routine. This class is fun and you will increase your flexibility and strength so that you can progress to the next level.

Intermediate 1
Building upon your fundamental skills, now you start to climb and invert, and integrate transitions and spins. This level will continue to develop flexibility and strength.
Prerequisite: Fundamentals

Intermediate 2
Progression to this level means you have built a strong technical foundation with improved flexibility and strength. Exciting new moves like leg hangs, invert holds, climbing holds and many more!

Intermediate 3
You are now ready for aerial moves! This class will boost body awareness and confidence. You will enhance your skills while learning new tricks, spins and transitions.
Prerequisite: Intermediate 2

Intermediate 4
You will now explore aerial inverts, shoulder mounting, alternate grip holds and leg switches all while increasing flexibility and stamina. You have worked hard and are on your way taking it to the next level!

Intermediate 5
Continue to build on your aerial and spinning moves while learning more technical moves and aerial combinations to strengthen your upper body, abs, back and thighs. To really get your heart pumping your moves are integrated into a new routine each term. This is the transition level to Advanced.

Advanced
You are ready to build upon your aerial and technical tricks with more difficult and challenging moves and longer combos to push your limits, performance and strength and endurance.
Prerequisite: Intermediate 5

Lyra
The art of Lyra combines static and swinging trapeze skills with beautifully held poses and postures. Lyra uses a steel apparatus that looks like a suspended hula hoop.

Heels & Pole Dance
Grab your heels and a pole! You will learn a super fun choreographed routine working all things on the floor and pole releasing your sass and dance diva!
This class will not only build confidence, dance stamina and strength it will also enhance lines, fluidity and musicality.
Pre-requisites: Fundamental Beginners completed

SlowFlow Dance
Unleash your sensuality with a choreographed routine that combines sensual floor moves with pole. You will feel good, build confidence and develop fluidity.
Heels, boots or socks can be worn
Pre-requisites: Fundamental Beginners completed

Pole Play
Lyra, Silks & Pole play is available for Eclipse students to practise and refine pole, silk skills learned in class.
There will always be an instructor on site, but this is not a class and the instructor is only there to supervise.
If you want your pole on static or spin, you must ask the supervising instructor to change the pole settings for you
Please note: Practice only what you have learnt in classes. Peers do not provide instruction as we are all about safety and correct technique. Blue crash mats must be used at all times for lyra & silks play
If you are wanting to learn moves outside your current class level please ask about private lessons.

Junior Pole Fitness
Kids will learn about pole safety, fitness and strength training. They will learn techniques that include fun spins, tricks and movements. They will combine it all together in a fun & cute routine in a safe environment.
Junior Pole Fitness improves co-ordination, body awareness, flexibility and not to mention mental focus. It will enhance your child’s self-confidence and physical development. Pole fitness is a great form of exercise that builds strength and overall fitness.
We pride ourselves on providing an encouraging and non-competitive environment for all Children.
All instructors have First Aid Certificate, Working with Children and National Police checks.
